Very cool – and totally agree. We are a team of 28 but have only 4 employees. We outsource pretty much everything. But not to safe cost – no – we want to get talents that would just no longer work in the old metaphor of a company. Our Database Architect is just not available as an employee and so is our UI designer or our graphics designer. They are stars that just won’t work for anybody other than for themselves.

Just wonder how all the wonderful glass buildings will be used in the future? Maybe instead of 1 company with 800 employees, 800 mini companies with 1 employee?
