This video was originally posted on TED.

In this video, Seth discusses:

  • We are here to change everything.
  • We find something that bothers us, something that needs to be improved, something that is itching to be changed and we change it.
  • The key in making change happen is to create a tribe – by leading and connecting people and ideas.
  • And you don’t really need everyone. Perhaps a thousand people who care enough – the true believers of your movement.
  • Stop being a sheep walker and trying to fit in, show us where you want us to go next. We are waiting for you.
  • It’s time to create a movement.

Challenge the status quo
Build a culture
Commit to it
And be a leader

  • Start something that matters. Start. Do it. We need it.
