Colleen eats, sleeps, and breathes talent. At Zynga, she has been responsible for attracting, growing, and developing the creatives working to connect the world through games. Over a decade’s worth of experience in people operations “aka HR” at large companies like Microsoft and EA, she transitioned to a small social gaming company that has gone from 150 employees to over 1000 in just 18 months. She plays a lot of the “f” games – Farmville and Frontierville.

Colleen has a bachelors in mass communication from Boston University and a masters in education from Columbia University and can legitimately say she uses both everyday.
